About the RoleWe are looking for a Relationship Manager with experience in the Wealth Management space who can effectively acquire, manage, and grow High Net Worth (HNI) and Ultra HNI client relationships. The role involves advisory, portfolio management, and business development to achieve revenue and AUM targets while ensuring superior client service.Key Responsibilities- Acquire, onboard, and manage relationships with HNI and Ultra HNI clients.- Advise clients on investment opportunities across products such as Mutual Funds, Bonds, PMS, AIFs, and other wealth solutions.- Achieve annual revenue, AUM, and product penetration targets in the assigned geography.- Conduct regular client meetings to understand their business, financial goals, and risk appetite.- Deliver structured investment solutions tailored to client objectives and market opportunities.- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and banking partners to generate leads and drive AUM growth.- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies in all client interactions.- Provide periodic portfolio reviews, offering insights and a consolidated view of client holdings.- Maintain strong client engagement by addressing queries promptly with the support of the client servicing team.Skillsets Required- Strong knowledge of Wealth Management products: MF, Bonds, PMS, AIFs, Insurance, and Alternate Investments.- In-depth understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and asset allocation.- Excellent client relationship management and interpersonal skills.- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate portfolios and recommend solutions.- Goal-oriented, self-driven, and capable of working under performance-based targets.- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM/Wealth management tools.
