Customer Relationship Manager Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships and handling telecalling activities to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Telecalling: Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing clients, providing information about properties and services.
  • Lead Management: Follow up on leads, schedule site visits, and ensure timely feedback.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update client records in the CRM system.
  • Problem Resolution: Address client inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to meet targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in CRM or telecaller roles.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Hindi and English.
  • Computer Knowledge: Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Multitasking Ability: Ability to multitask and handle client queries effectively.
  • Positive Attitude: Positive attitude and a customer-centric approach.
