Experienced Client Service Manager Wanted

We are seeking a skilled and accomplished Client Service Manager to join our organization. As a key member of our client service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences in the financial services space.

Your primary focus will be on working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, efficient query resolution, and timely coordination of operations. This will include tasks such as NAV release, fee calculation, and fund transfers.

You will have a solid understanding of FPI regulations and strong problem-solving skills, which will enable you to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and efficiency.

  • Maintain and strengthen client relationships.
  • Coordinate with Fund Accountants, Operations, and Finance teams.
  • Handle subscription/redemption requests and fee calculations.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and effective issue resolution.
