About the Role

As a seasoned relationship manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships. This involves acting as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their needs, objectives, and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Development: Identify client challenges and provide innovative solutions to address them, leveraging our resources and expertise.
  • Campaign Execution: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns and projects.
  • Communication: Ensure timely and effective communication between clients and internal teams, managing expectations and addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Project Management: Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring that all client requirements are met on time and within scope.
  • Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions, project details, and work records to facilitate smooth operations and future reference.
  • Pitching: Participate in pitches alongside our team to secure new business opportunities and contribute to our growth.
  • Quality Control: Ensure the overall quality of creative content and services delivered, maintaining set standards and exceeding client expectations.
Requirements:
  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
