Merger and Acquisition Leader

Seeking a senior professional to oversee the entire M&A lifecycle, including strategy development, target identification, valuation, due diligence, deal structuring, negotiations, and post-merger integration. Key responsibilities include:

  • M&A Strategy & Target Identification
  1. Define business expansion strategies and prioritize acquisition or joint venture opportunities.
  2. Conduct market research and competitor analysis for strategic targets.
  • Deal Execution
  1. Perform valuations and prepare investment memoranda and board presentations.
  2. Lead due diligence with internal teams and external advisors.
  • Transaction Structuring & Negotiations
  1. Structure deals aligning with legal and tax requirements.
  2. Negotiate agreements and ensure timely transaction closure.
  • Post-Merger Integration (PMI)
  1. Plan and execute integration with key stakeholders.
  2. Monitor synergies, transitions, and post-deal performance.

Key Requirements:

  • CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA preferred.

Experience:

  • 10–15 years of experience in M&A, Corporate Development, or Investment Banking.
  • Minimum 5+ years in manufacturing or industrial sectors preferred.
  • Proven track record in handling end-to-end M&A lifecycle.
