Sr. Human Resources Director

Company Description:

We are a dynamic organization seeking an experienced Sr. Human Resources Director to lead our end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, learning & development, and compliance. This strategic role requires strong leadership skills, business acumen, and technical expertise in HR.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive change management initiatives and spearhead organizational growth and transformation.
  • Develop and execute HR strategies that align with company objectives and support a high-performance, inclusive work environment.
  • Oversight of talent acquisition for technical and non-technical roles, ensuring effective employer branding and sourcing strategies.
  • Implement and manage performance management systems and employee development programs.
  • Drive HR analytics to monitor workforce trends, retention, and engagement.
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry best practices.
  • Mentor and guide junior HR professionals, building a strong and responsive HR team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the IT or Tech sector.
  • Proven experience in HR leadership roles, managing teams and working closely with senior leadership.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions including talent acquisition, L&D, performance management, employee relations, and HR compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms and data-driven HR decision-making.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute operationally.
