Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Director of Human Resources to join our team and drive the development of our HR strategy.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of HR principles, including talent planning, employer branding, performance management, and compliance. They will lead full-cycle tech hiring, build robust performance and leadership development systems, and launch engaging learning and development programs across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
  • Lead recruitment efforts for tech positions
  • Build and maintain performance management systems
  • Design and deliver training programs for employees
  • Champion employee engagement and retention initiatives
  • Oversee compensation and benefits strategy

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in HR, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role
  • Experience working in high-growth tech companies
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS software
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic thinking with operational execution capabilities
