Role Overview

We're hiring a
Human Resources Executive
to support end-to-end hiring, people operations, and HR programs, working directly under the
HR Director
. This is a hands-on, onsite role in Ahmedabad aligned to US business hours.

What You'll Do

  • Own the recruitment lifecycle: JD creation, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
  • Run day-to-day HR operations: attendance/leave tracking, documentation, HRIS updates, letters, and records.
  • Partner on employee engagement, recognition, and culture initiatives.
  • Support performance management cycles: goal setting, reviews, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with payroll/finance for timely inputs and audits.
  • Maintain HR policies, compliance, and clean data/records.
  • Handle employee queries, escalations, and exit formalities with empathy and rigor.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly HR dashboards and MIS for leadership.

What You'll Bring

  • 1–3 years
    of HR experience (recruitment + HR operations). Exceptional freshers with strong internships may apply.
  • Strong communication (written & verbal), stakeholder management, and follow-through.
  • Comfort with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and HRIS/ATS tools.
  • High ownership, discretion with sensitive data, and ability to operate in a fast-paced, night-shift environment.

  • Onsite
    – Ahmedabad office
  • Night shift:
    7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST
