Business Growth Manager - Food Service Partnerships

About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and analytical Business Growth Manager to spearhead our partnerships with food aggregators. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing and expanding our presence and sales on these platforms, ensuring maximum visibility, and driving revenue growth through strategic campaigns and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities:
  • Growth Strategies:
  • Develop and implement growth strategies to increase sales and market share through aggregator platforms.
  • Account Management:
  • Manage relationships with aggregator account managers to ensure our brand receives optimal visibility and promotion.
  • Performance Analysis:
  • Analyze performance metrics to understand the effectiveness of different strategies and campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize our offerings.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to synchronize promotions and campaigns across all platforms for maximum impact.
  • Market Monitoring:
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities on these platforms to stay ahead of industry developments.
  • Negotiations:
  • Negotiate contracts and deals with aggregators to improve profit margins and reduce operational costs.
  • Project Leadership:
  • Lead cross-functional projects to improve product listings, promotional visibility, and customer engagement on aggregator platforms.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making:
  • Design and execute tests to gauge the effectiveness of promotional strategies, refining approaches based on data insights.
  • Reporting:
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting successes, opportunities, and strategic recommendations.
  • Team Training:
  • Train the team of account managers to manage relationships with our restaurant partners.
  • Portfolio Growth:
  • Manage growth for a portfolio of 10+ brands at Dil Foods.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a growth-focused role, specifically working with online food delivery platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret extensive data to make actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and negotiate with external partners.
  • Proficient in data analytics tools and platforms, with the ability to generate insights that drive business decisions.
  • Creative thinker with a results-driven approach and strong problem-solving skills.
Estimated Salary:

₹60 Lakh - ₹80 Lakh per annum (approximate)
