We are seeking a highly skilled Desktop Support Engineer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and 1.6 years of experience in desktop support and IT troubleshooting.

  • Provide first-level technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and networking issues
  • Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, and printer-related problems
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications
  • Support and troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook and other MS Office applications
  • Respond to IT support tickets in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain documentation of issues and resolutions

The successful candidate will have:

  • Good knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Outlook, Windows OS, and basic networking
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

The minimum requirements for this role include:
