
Metaverse Sales Expert

We're redefining the sales experience with an immersive metaverse platform that enables developers and agents to offer interactive virtual property tours before construction. This innovative approach streamlines the real estate process, creating a unique value proposition for clients.
This is a full-cycle role where you will drive pipeline and close deals with mid-market & enterprise developers, brokerages, and construction firms. Prior metaverse or immersive tech sales experience is mandatory, with a strong focus on consultative selling and business acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and build a full sales pipeline via outbound (email, calls) and inbound channels, identifying key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Deliver live demos using interactive virtual properties, showcasing the benefits of our platform and its applications
- Lead discovery sessions and value-based presentations to key decision-makers, highlighting the ROI and business value of our solution
- Design and propose pilot engagements with clear KPIs (e.g., conversion, engagement), ensuring successful implementation and adoption
- Closed deals and negotiate contracts delivering both business and technical ROI, maintaining accurate forecasts and activity tracking in CRM (e.g., HubSpot/Salesforce)
- Collect client feedback to help refine product messaging and roadmap, driving continuous improvement and innovation
- Meet or exceed quarterly revenue and pipeline targets, demonstrating exceptional performance and results
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 3–7 years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS or PropTech sales experience, with a proven track record of success and achievement
- Proven experience selling metaverse, VR/AR, digital twin, or immersive platforms, with a deep understanding of their capabilities and applications
- Strong track record closing mid-market or enterprise deals (~60–90 day sales cycle), with excellent negotiation and contract management skills
- Skilled in consultative selling with both business and tech stakeholders, able to articulate emotional and business benefits and overcome objections
- Hunter mentality: proactive prospecting, resilient follow-up, and strong objection handling, with a passion for storytelling and demonstration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
