Pricing Expert Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • To analyze data from multiple sources and develop sophisticated pricing models that optimize profitability.
  • To collaborate with sales and marketing teams to craft compelling sales strategies that drive results.
  • To provide actionable insights on costs, pricing models, and projected profitability on deals.
  • To conduct regular analysis on existing client programs and identify opportunities to improve profitability and align assumptions on bids.
  • To offer innovative solutions that enhance the sales team's ability to present robust and attractive propositions to clients.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Gross Profit Margin
  • Total Revenue
  • Number of deals
  • Accounts with a positive or negative margin
  • Sales Per Person

Requirements:

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA Finance/CA with 7-10 years of experience.
  • 5-6 years of relevant experience in a FP&A or Pricing role for a BPO industry.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in FP&A or Pricing in BPO Industry is essential (desired experience in healthcare &/or Mortgage industry pricing) and product pricing know-how will be beneficial.
  • Proficiency in Power Bi and AI tools is desirable.
