Regional HR Professional

An organization seeks an accomplished Regional HR Professional to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will develop and implement strategic HR plans, ensuring alignment with the organization's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a point of contact for regional employees, handling inquiries, addressing grievances, and facilitating conflict resolution.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, participate in candidate selection processes, and oversee onboarding activities for new hires.
  • Support regional managers in implementing performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and performance improvement plans.
  • Identify regional training needs, coordinate training programs, and facilitate professional development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Assist in developing and implementing regional compensation and benefits programs in compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, and local employment laws within the region, conducting regular audits and addressing any compliance issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Several years of experience in HR management, preferably in a regional or multi-site capacity.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices within the assigned region.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively collaborate with employees at all levels.
