Regional Business Manager HR Outsourcing

Role Overview

As the RBM HR Outsourcing, youll be responsible for the growth of our managed HR solutions business by partnering with clients to diagnose needs across the full spectrum of HR strategic and transactional. You will architect customized outsourcing solutions powered by HR Anexis "pinwheel" framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive growth by crafting tailored HR outsourcing propositions aligned to clients' transformation needs.
  • Work with CXO and founders to assess HR maturity across the organisation
  • Tailor solutions ranging from fractional outsourcing to whole-of-HR-function managed
  • Navigate complex buying cycles, positioning HR Anexi as a trusted transformation partner.
  • Develop opportunity pipelines, negotiate terms, and close engagements.
  • Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure seamless implementation
  • Oversee client feedback and measure outcomes in terms of HR efficiency, culture alignment, and organisational impact.
  • Represent HR Anexi at HR forums, events, and client workshops to strengthen brand reputation.

Candidate Profile

  • 10–15 years in B2B sales or consulting, ideally within HR Outsourcing, HR Shared Services, or HR BPO.
  • Strong understanding (or curiosity to learn) of HR domain you may come with deep expertise in a few and an appetite to scale to end-to-end offerings.
  • Consultative mindset with ability to engage both promoters and CXO-level stakeholders.
  • Track record of solution-selling and managing complex pipelines.
  • Education: MBA or equivalent; HR specialization preferred.
