Our Role As A Solution Engineer Involves Identifying And Addressing Customer Pain Points.

Your key responsibilities will be to design and deliver solutions that provide unified visibility, application and infrastructure observability, and advanced analytics. You will work closely with clients to understand their business, applications, and IT landscape.

The ideal candidate will leverage our platform to deliver valuable insights that help optimize business processes and infrastructure, streamlining day-to-day operations, maximizing efficiency, and ensuring the best possible return on investment (ROI) for our customers.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Designing And Delivering Solutions That Provide Unified Visibility, Application And Infrastructure Observability, And Advanced Analytics.
• Working Across The Entire Landscape That Spans Across Network, Compute, Storage, Database, Applications, Transactions, And Business Domain.
• Using Big Data And AI-driven Features Of Our Platform To Provide Solutions That Enable Customers To Gain Insights Into Their Applications' Performance And Improve Business And End-user Experience.
• Collaborating With Customer Teams And Stakeholders To Gather Requirements, Designing Solutions, And Integrations As Required.
• Creating Detailed Designs, Solutions, And Validating With Internal Engineering And Peer Teams.
• Establishing Good Relationships With Both Internal And External Customers.
• Understanding Customers' Application Architecture And Transaction-level Workflow To Identify Critical Touchpoints And Necessary Metrics To Be Monitored And Analyzed To Provide Detailed Insights.
• Providing Analytics And Analysis On Data To Offer Business Insights And Recommendations.
• Constantly Staying Ahead In Communicating The Latest Progress/Status With Customers.
• Managing Planning And Execution Of Platform Implementation At Customer Sites.
• Working With The Product Team In Developing New Features, Identifying Platform Bugs, Solution Gaps, Etc.
• Having An Interest And Aptitude In Learning New Technologies Such As Big Data, NoSQL Databases, Elastic Search, MongoDB, DevOps, Observability Platforms, ELK Stack, REST APIs, Web Services, JMX, Python/Bash Scripting.
• Having Hands-on Experience In Scripting And Working With Monitoring Tools And Automation Tools.

Required Qualifications Include:

• At Least 3+ Years Of Experience In IT Infrastructure, Observability, Or APM.
• Experience In Working With Large-scale IT Infra, Including Applications, Transactions, Databases, Network.
• Experience In Working With Monitoring Tools And Automation Tools.
• Hands-on Experience In Scripting.
• Knowledge/experience In Technologies Such As Observability Platforms, Elastic Search, MongoDB, Big Data, SQL Databases, ELK Stack, REST APIs, Web Services, JMX, Python/Bash Scripting.
• Good To Have CKA Certification - Certified Kubernetes Administrator.
