Job Title: Data Governance Expert

We are seeking an experienced Data Governance Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data governance and be able to implement and adopt data governance frameworks across the organization.

Job Description:
As a Data Governance Expert, you will play a key role in the implementation and adoption of the data governance framework. This will involve working closely with business stakeholders and data analysts to ensure that the data governance framework is implemented and adopted successfully. You will also be responsible for providing exceptional support of Amgen's data governance framework, leveraging state-of-the-art technologies, including Generative AI, Machine Learning, and integrated data.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- 9-13 years of experience in data governance or a related field
- A degree in a relevant field such as computer science, information technology, or data science
- Strong technical skills with knowledge of pharma processes and specialization in the research domain of the biopharma lifecycle
- In-depth knowledge of data management, common data models, metadata management, data quality, master data management, data stewardship, and data protection
- Excellent problem-solving skills and committed attention to detail in finding solutions
