Key Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a strategic data management professional to lead the development and implementation of master data governance frameworks and associated metrics/KPIs, ensuring alignment with regulatory and business requirements.

  • Lead the design and implementation of MDM governance frameworks and associated metrics/KPIs, driving process automation and improvements to enhance data accuracy and reduce manual input errors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data management practices with business needs, handling key MDM projects including system upgrades, process improvements, and data cleansing initiatives.
  • Drive process automation and improvements to enhance data accuracy, leveraging expertise in healthcare or biotech industries and extensive knowledge of data governance frameworks.
  • Provide leadership on MDM standard methodologies, serving as a subject matter expert for cross-functional teams and collaborating with IT, Supply Chain, and Commercial Operations to drive operational excellence initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelors degree and 5-7 years of data management experience, with expertise in healthcare or biotech industries and extensive knowledge of data governance frameworks.
  • Proven leadership in implementing and leading large-scale MDM processes, driving operational excellence initiatives and improving data quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Expert-level proficiency in SAP and enterprise data management tools, with experience leading complex system integrations and process optimizations.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, able to present data strategies and insights effectively to senior leadership and handle cross-functional teams.

Must-Have Skills:
