Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Master Data Operations team. As the Master Data Operations Manager, you will oversee the management of SAP master data, ensuring accuracy and quality. Your expertise in data governance and analytics will drive process improvements and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  • Leverage your analytical skills to validate data requests and optimize data entry processes.
  • Collaborate with IT and business units to enhance data workflows and resolve operational issues.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to elevate data accuracy, quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Support data migration and integration projects to ensure seamless data consistency across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead daily master data operations, including data validation and entry.
  2. Oversee data governance adherence to internal standards and regulatory requirements.
  3. Foster collaboration with multi-functional teams to drive prioritization and project success.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field and 6-8 years of experience in enterprise applications like SAP and Oracle.
  • Demonstrable expertise in master data management and data governance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and visualization tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities.
