We are seeking a highly skilled Data Steward to join our team.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced professional with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of data stewardship, data profiling, and master data management concepts.

  • This role involves ensuring the accuracy and integrity of key master data domains such as Customer, Product, and Affiliations.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting advanced data profiling, cataloging, and reconciliation activities using Informatica or Reltio MDM platforms.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills are essential for this role as the candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams including Data Engineering, Commercial, Medical, Compliance, and IT to fulfill data requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A Master's degree with 1-3 years of experience in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field OR A Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years of experience in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field OR A Diploma with 6-8 years of experience in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • Direct experience in data stewardship, data profiling, and master data management is required.
  • Hands-on experience with Informatica or Reltio MDM platforms is also essential.
