Master Data Associate

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Data Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing data operations tasks, maintaining and validating master data to ensure accuracy and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data maintenance and validation tasks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of master data.
  • Support initiatives to optimize data management workflows and improve process efficiency.
  • Contribute to data analysis efforts to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide support to partners, customers, and end-users regarding master data processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Maintain and update data quality reports to track key performance metrics and ensure data compliance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with business, IT, and operations teams to resolve data-related issues and ensure consistency with organizational objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline.
  • 0–2 years of experience in SAP ECC, master data management, data governance, or data operations, preferably within the healthcare or biotech supply chains.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Working knowledge of SAP or Oracle systems.
  • Understanding of master data management processes, frameworks, and governance.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and extract actionable insights.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with SAP S/4, SAP MDG, or SAP TM.
  • Exposure to data governance platforms such as Informatica or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with data quality reporting tools and methods.
