Job Opportunity: Data Governance Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Governance Expert to lead the implementation of our data intelligence platform.

  • Lead the configuration and implementation of the Collibra Data Intelligence Platform to support data governance, data cataloging, and data quality initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Collibra workflows and configurations.
  • Define and manage data domains, assets, glossaries, business rules, and operating models in Collibra.
  • Develop and maintain Collibra workflows using BPMN and support custom integrations via Collibra Connect or APIs.
  • Perform user onboarding, role/permission management, and training sessions.
  • Integrate Collibra with upstream/downstream systems such as data warehouses, ETL tools, BI platforms, and metadata sources.
  • Ensure alignment of Collibra implementation with enterprise data governance policies and compliance requirements.
  • Provide documentation and best practices related to Collibra configuration, taxonomy, and workflows.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Management, or related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Collibra Data Intelligence Platform.
  • Strong understanding of data governance principles, metadata management, data lineage, and data stewardship.
  • Experience with workflow development using BPMN and integration frameworks.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
