We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Accounting Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing positive working relationships with teams and clients, exceeding client expectations, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Experience in accounting, tax compliance, and MIS preparation.
  • Working knowledge of accounting software, especially SAP/SAP S/4HANA.
  • Prepare JVs and provide month-end support.
  • Hands-on experience on R2R, P2P, Revenue Accounting experience on SAP/SAP S/4HANA.
  • Make reports and analyze them.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and know functions like pivot, v-look up, if statement, and macro.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexible work hours as per business requirement.
  • Support team in execution of assigned tasks to meet SLA/KPI.
  • Experience with Power BI and Alteryx would be considered an added advantage.
Requirements:
  • Graduate/Postgraduate with 3–9 year experience in Finance & Accounts.
  • Strong technical knowledge and team player.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Persistent and persuasive.
