As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a vital role in maximizing engagement with our community through meaningful content, understanding course enrollment journey, and supporting retention strategies via Email, SMS, & Whatsapp channels.

To succeed in this role, you must be a self-starter who is passionate about learning and can manage multiple tasks with internal and external stakeholders. You should have a user-first approach, data-driven analytical skills, a knack for quality content, and a willingness to explore retention marketing.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough analysis of student data to identify key segments">
  • Creating strategy for yearly, monthly, and weekly CRM plans">
  • Planning and creating automated user journeys for effective communication">
  • Strategizing design and content that resonates with our audience">
  • Analyzing campaign performance metrics to measure success">
  • Working closely with content, sales, and customer support teams to align retention strategies with overall business goals">

You will leverage analytics tools such as Clever Tap, Web Engage, Mo Engage, and possess analytical skills to interpret data and draw actionable insights. Proficiency in marketing automation tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is also essential.
