Job Title: User Retention Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled User Retention Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for executing multi-channel retention campaigns to improve user engagement and reduce churn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute personalized retention campaigns across push notifications, SMS, WhatsApp, email, and web notifications.
  • Monitor user journey stages and optimize campaign performance for CTR%, CR%, reachability, and reactivation.
  • Develop behavioral segmentation and dynamic content personalization strategies to enhance user experience.
  • Run A/B tests to improve campaign effectiveness and identify areas for optimization.
  • Implement first-party data strategies, including user surveys and attribute grooming, to gain deeper insights into user behavior.
  • Collaborate with the tech and product teams to automate journey deployment and ensure seamless execution.
  • Track and report key metrics, including engagement %, conversion %, reachability %, repeat user growth, click rate, and conversion rate across funnels.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with WebEngage, MoEngage, Netcore, or similar platforms.
