Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our customer retention efforts. As a Retention Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel retention strategies that engage customers across various touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Retention Strategy: Assist in creating and implementing comprehensive customer retention plans that foster long-term relationships with our clients.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft compelling content for cold emails, follow-up emails, and drip campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.
- Marketing Automation: Support the oversight and optimization of marketing automation tools like MoEngage and WebEngage to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Campaign Management: Work closely with the retention marketing team to design and execute customer journeys that support long-term retention goals.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze the performance of email campaigns, focusing on improving key metrics such as open rates and click-through rates.
