Job Title: Customer Retention Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee customer retention efforts and develop strategies to increase customer lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the loyalty program across our website, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Design and execute remarketing campaigns via email, WhatsApp, and other channels to re-engage customers and boost sales.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools like Insider to create targeted retargeting journeys and drive higher retention rates.
  • Analyze customer behavior and preferences to inform on-site experiments and campaigns, optimizing conversion rates and reducing abandonment.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working with CRM/marketing automation tools like Insider, Klaviyo, Clevertap, or Webengage.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
  • Creative writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling copy for short-form content.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and e-commerce platforms like Shopify/WooCommerce/Wordpress.
  • An experimental mindset, with knowledge of A/B testing principles.
  • Experience working in a fast-growing D2C/e-commerce environment.
