We are seeking an experienced HR professional to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment & Staffing:
    • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes to ensure seamless transitions.
    • Collaborate with department managers to forecast hiring needs and develop proactive solutions.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement:
    • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes employee satisfaction and engagement.
    • Address employee grievances, conduct investigations, and mediate disputes in a fair and timely manner.
    • Promote employee engagement initiatives to increase productivity and job satisfaction.
  • Performance Management:
    • Oversee performance appraisal systems and processes to ensure accuracy and fairness.
    • Provide coaching to managers on performance-related issues to improve employee growth and development.
    • Support the implementation of employee development plans to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • HR Compliance & Policy:
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations to minimize risk and maintain a positive employer brand.
    • Maintain and update employee handbook and HR policies to reflect changing regulatory requirements.
    • Manage employee records and documentation in line with legal requirements to maintain confidentiality and security.
  • Training & Development:
    • Identify training needs and organize development programs to upskill and reskill employees.
    • Implement leadership and professional development initiatives to enhance career progression and growth.
  • Compensation & Benefits:
    • Collaborate on salary benchmarking and compensation strategy to ensure competitive and equitable pay structures.
    • Administer employee benefits and wellness programs to promote work-life balance and overall well-being.
  • HR Data & Reporting:
    • Maintain HR metrics and dashboards to track key performance indicators and inform business decisions.
    • Prepare HR reports for leadership and decision-making to drive strategic planning and improvement.
