Recruitment Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Manager to handle bulk hiring across functions, manage end-to-end payroll processing and HR operations, ensure compliance with labour laws and immigration HR practices, maintain a strong understanding of immigration industry culture and talent needs, and support employee welfare, onboarding, and grievance handling.

The ideal candidate will have minimum 2 years of HR experience in the immigration sector, possess strong knowledge of labour law, hiring procedures, payroll, and statutory compliances, demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

This role contributes to shaping the company's HR strategy and implementing policies that align with our mission and values. As a key team member, you will collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of HR-related tasks and projects.
