Job Description:

You will play a crucial role in supporting HR transformation initiatives by implementing and configuring Workday solutions that align with the client's business needs. Your primary responsibility will be to understand the client's HR processes, gather requirements, design, and configure Workday solutions, and ensure the smooth delivery of HR transformation projects. You will be involved in managing end-to-end project activities, from gathering requirements to go-live support, and ensuring high-quality solutions that improve HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Workday Implementation & Configuration: Lead and participate in the configuration and deployment of Workday HR modules including HCM (Human Capital Management), Payroll, Recruiting, Talent, Learning, and others based on client requirements.
  • Client Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand HR business processes and challenges. Translate these requirements into functional specifications and Workday configuration solutions.
  • Solution Design: Design and configure Workday solutions that meet the client's requirements while adhering to best practices. Provide functional expertise on Workday HR modules, focusing on process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Functional Testing: Plan and perform functional testing of the Workday configurations, ensuring the system meets the defined business requirements and resolving any issues before going live.
  • Change Management & Training: Support change management activities by assisting clients with user training, process documentation, and guiding them through system updates. Provide end-user support and training on Workday functionalities.
  • Integration & Data Migration: Work closely with technical teams to facilitate data migration from legacy systems to Workday. Support the integration of Workday with other HR systems (e.g., payroll, benefits, finance).
  • Client Support & Post-Go Live: Provide ongoing support to clients post-go-live to troubleshoot issues, resolve system discrepancies, and enhance the Workday application's performance.
  • Best Practices & Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within the client's HR function, recommend enhancements, and assist with the continuous improvement of Workday systems and HR processes.
  • Stakeholder Management: Effectively manage client expectations, communicate progress and challenges, and foster strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Project Delivery: Assist in managing the overall project lifecycle from discovery through to post-implementation support, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.
