This position is critical to driving business growth and excellence. Responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Planning & Execution
    • Collaborate with leadership to define and execute business strategy.
    • Break down complex problems and drive clarity through structured problem-solving.
    • Drive long-term planning, annual goal-setting, and strategic business reviews.
  • Program Management
    • Own end-to-end program management for high-impact initiatives.
    • Build project plans, manage timelines, align stakeholders, and ensure accountability.
    • Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies early and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Operational Efficiency
    • Analyze internal processes to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.
    • Design dashboards to track business performance metrics.
    • Champion process automation and scalable systems that support business growth.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Act as a liaison between internal teams.
    • Prepare communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Support leadership with data-driven insights to inform key decisions.

The primary focus will be on devising and executing strategies for collections of payments from Drivers under a new business line. Close collaboration with various teams will be essential to achieve this objective.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in strategy/consulting/operations management, preferably in the startups or logistics sectors.
  • Proven experience in managing franchisee relationships and multi-site operations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in using operational management software.

The ideal candidate will have strong strategic thinking, operational efficiency, relationship management, problem-solving, and adaptability skills. Proficiency in SQL and Excel is beneficial.
