This is an exciting opportunity to lead the end-to-end migration lifecycle of databases across various platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, validating, and optimizing database migrations with minimal downtime and seamless delivery.

  • Develop and drive migration strategies, methodologies, and best practices to ensure successful migrations.", "
  • Plan, design, and execute Oracle database migrations across different environments, including Data Center-to-Data Center, cloud setups, and Oracle Exadata.", "
  • Perform end-to-end database backup and recovery using Rubrik and RMAN.", "
  • Implement delta data synchronization strategies for near-zero downtime migration.", "
  • Use Oracle Enterprise Manager for database performance monitoring, health checks, proactive alerting, migration tracking, and validation.
", "Requirements:", "
  • 12+ years of Oracle Database experience, with 5+ years in leadership/managerial roles overseeing database migration programs.", "
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale Oracle migrations in multi-cloud and Exadata environments.", "
  • Strong experience with Oracle Exadata administration, migration, and performance tuning, as well as Oracle Data Guard setup, switchover, failover, and role transitions.", "
  • Rubrik and RMAN expertise for backup, restore, and DR integration, as well as delta sync, cloning, and duplication.", "
  • OEM proficiency for monitoring and migration validation.
