About the Role:
Pivotal is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to lead our IT hardware sales efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT hardware industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Resolve client issues and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect for new clients and generate leads through various channels.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings to present IT hardware solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, achieving sales targets and revenue growth goals.
- Monitor sales pipeline and forecast sales accurately, providing timely insights to the leadership team.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales and account management, with a focus on IT hardware products and solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of IT hardware technologies and market trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
