About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic financial leader who can balance creative ambition with financial discipline—supporting bold decisions with solid numbers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading all aspects of finance: financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and reporting.
- Owning strategic financial planning and partnering with leadership to drive business growth.
- Developing financial models that inform decision-making and drive results.
- Ensuring transparent and accurate investor and board reporting.
- Managing audits, compliance, and legal coordination with external partners.
- Building a high-performing finance function that scales with the business.
Requirements:
- CA with 6–10 years of experience in finance, preferably in startups, e-commerce, fashion, or marketplaces.
- A deep understanding of consumer businesses and marketplace economics.
- Strategic finance expertise, with a focus on long-term thinking.
- Experience building financial systems and models from scratch.
- Proven ability to work closely with founders or senior leadership teams.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and make quick decisions without compromising accuracy.
- A culture that values flexibility and autonomy.

- Experience working in D2C, Q-commerce, fashion startups will be an added advantage.
