Job Title: Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic financial plans, analyzing financial data, and providing recommendations to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual results and recommend cost reduction strategies;
  • Collaborate with the executive team and department heads to ensure alignment with company goals and vision;
  • Provide business partnering support through analytics and drive strong relationships across the organization;
  • Analyze actuals against budget and forecast;
  • Support decision-making by providing timely insights and visibility on business performance;
  • Offer commercial insight and analysis of results, identifying underlying trends and challenging the business on performance;
  • Prepare weekly and monthly management information system (MIS) reports with variance analysis;
  • Manage working capital for the Group;
  • Identify and understand business challenges; propose and create solutions.

Requirements

  • A Master's degree in business administration in finance from a top-tier university or Chartered Accountant;
  • At least 10 years of experience in managing a similar role;
  • Detailed knowledge of sales and revenue drivers;
  • Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills;
  • Strong interpersonal communication and team management.
