Enterprise Performance Management Consultant

We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) consultant with strong expertise in financial planning and analysis.

This is a full-time remote contract role, requiring flexibility to align with US business hours and availability during key milestone meetings.

  • Key responsibilities include configuring and implementing Oracle EPM modules, providing functional expertise across Oracle Financial modules, and collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Desired profile includes 3+ years of hands-on experience as an end user, power user, or admin of leading EPM tools, strong understanding and knowledge of financial planning and analysis, and 5+ years in Oracle Financials (Cloud/EBS).

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Hands-on experience with reporting tools: Smart View, FRS, OTBI, BI Publisher.
  • Oracle certifications (EPM or Financials).
  • Background in manufacturing, energy, or services domain.

Preferred skills include chartered accountant or MBA finance, Oracle Fusion Cloud experience, and knowledge of integration tools like OIC, Boomi, or Informatica.

Important notes include 3+ years of experience in EPM, candidates with dual employment history not preferred, immediate joiners or max 30 days' notice period only, and this is a full-time contract role (not part-time or hourly).
