Job Title: Senior Financial Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Director to lead our multi-location Finance and Accounting (F&A) delivery team.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for end-to-end service delivery across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Inventory Management, driving transformation, client satisfaction, and people development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the delivery of F&A services across multiple locations.
  • Lead a team of 70–150 F&A professionals.
  • Ensure end-to-end service delivery aligned with contractual Service Level Agreements and Executive-level expectations.
  • Champion transformation initiatives leveraging technology, analytics, and process improvement.
  • Engage directly with client stakeholders and maintain executive-level relationships.
  • Drive continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on business goals.
  • Participate in new deal solutioning, pricing, transitions, and governance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Finance Qualifications: Chartered Accountant or commerce graduate/postgraduate from a reputable institution.
  • Experience: 10+ years in Finance and Accounting operations, with strong hands-on experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Inventory Management.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated experience managing F&A teams of 70–150 FTEs.
  • Client Management: Proven ability to work with international stakeholders.
  • Transformation: Track record of delivering value through process optimization, automation, and analytics.
  • Mindset: Proactive, agile, analytical, and solutions-driven.
