Job Title: Senior Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced financial professional to join our team. As a Senior Financial Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day finance operations, ensuring smooth business processes, and coordinating across departments to streamline workflows.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, taxation, financial analysis, and reporting. They will also possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Finance Operations Management: Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, MIS reports, and management analyses.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and trends.
  • Departmental Coordination: Coordinate across departments to ensure seamless workflow and efficient use of resources.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification: From a recognized body like ICAI or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-4 years in finance, MIS, and accounts.
  • Accounting Principles: Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in MS Excel and financial software.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
