Senior Financial Analyst

As a strategic financial analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and profitability by providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

• You will specialize in financial and operational KPIs through in-depth analysis and reporting, offering meaningful insights to key stakeholders.
• Partnering with global finance teams, operations, and high-level management, you will steer the business and monitor progress.
• Able to communicate complex information innovatively, you will summarize and articulate results to management, painting a picture of what is happening.

This position includes:

• Preparing and managing data analytics on operational metrics
• Building and maintaining analytical models on key operating measures
• Working closely with leadership to formulate medium- to long-term financial and strategic plans
• Collaborating with Business Unit heads to build annual budgets and forecasts
• Producing models to project long-term growth and determine impacting factors
• Analyzing financial and operational results to better understand company performance
• Utilizing existing tools to deliver meaningful insights into business performance
• Communicating to senior management reasons behind product/department performance and results
• Providing detailed analysis and commentary on cost center results
• Reviewing operations and recommending new productivity or cost-saving initiatives
• Preparing and managing data analytics on operational metrics
• Building and maintaining analytical models on key operating measures
• Analysis and presentation on client performance, geographic performance, and revenue/pricing success
• Financial & strategic initiative support for Senior Management team
• Preparing business cases to support new investment, strategic, and other business decisions
• Reviewing existing processes and procedures to develop recommendations for improvement efforts
• Evaluating previous budgets, expenditures to develop and implement future budgets
• Communicating results and recommendations to senior management for improvements leading to cost reductions
• Providing insights to senior management around financial modeling, forecasts, and profitability
• Varying ad-hoc financial analytics and projects

Shift: Shift timings - 10 am to 7 pm IST. Flexible when there is a business need to accommodate US counterparts.

Education & Qualifications (Required and Preferred):

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or MBA Finance
• Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Knowledge of Randstad operations and systems is an asset
