Senior Accountant II Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Senior Accountant II to join our team.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records by processing invoices, receipts, and payments efficiently.
  • Manage cash and banking transactions on a daily basis, ensuring seamless financial operations.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable with accuracy, meeting deadlines and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns within specified timelines, guaranteeing compliance and minimizing risks.
  • Support the filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, and E-TDS returns, ensuring timely submissions and accurate reporting.
  • Respond to Income Tax notices and contribute to statutory compliance, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor financial transactions, reconciliations, and reports, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing financial performance.
  • Collaborate in audit processes, ensuring timely submissions and providing critical support during audits.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with financial regulations and internal policies, promoting a culture of accountability and transparency.

Requirements:

  • Education: A Master's Degree in Accounting or Finance is highly desirable.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years as an Accounts Officer or Senior Accountant, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles, GST, and Income Tax laws, with hands-on experience in GSTR filings and E-TDS.
  • Proficiency in Accounting and Taxation software, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
