Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned financial expert to lead our company's strategic planning and financial health. As a key member of the executive team, you will oversee all financial reporting metrics, monitor and direct business strategies, and prepare financial statements.

Your responsibilities will include preparing MIS reports, conducting financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as managing cash flow and expense control processes. You will also ensure efficient operation of the finance function, implement operational best practices, and understand and mitigate risk factors.

In addition, you will manage relationships with investors and investment institutions, represent the company with bankers and investors, and raise additional capital for expansion. You will also report financial results to stock-exchanges and the board of directors, ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, and risk management is essential.
  • You should possess a CA/CPA/CMA or equivalent professional qualification.
  • A minimum of 15 years of progressively responsible financial leadership roles is required.
  • Excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills are necessary.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
