Senior Accounting Leadership Position

We are seeking an exceptional accounting leader to drive our record-to-report (R2R) processes and provide strategic insights to cross-functional teams.

This senior leadership role involves leading transitions, managing ad-hoc projects, and establishing strong relationships with senior stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of R2R controllership, digital finance experience, and excellent communication skills.

  1. CA/CMA qualified with 10 years of experience and 3-5 years in accounting leadership roles.
  2. Core R2R controllership experience for large organizations.
  3. Leading transitions and transformations, innovations.
  4. Digital finance experience.
  5. Should have managed senior stakeholders in US Europe.
  6. CA or CPA.
  7. Excellent communication skills.
