We are seeking a seasoned Business Finance Executive to lead our financial planning and analysis functions.

  • Develop, oversee, and enforce the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Analyze financial data, trends, and performance metrics to provide valuable insights and recommendations to senior management.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with department heads to create departmental budgets that align with overall organizational goals.

Evaluate financial performance against budget, provide variance analysis, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.

Oversight of internal controls and processes to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy of financial data is required.

A strong leader who can mentor and develop a team of finance professionals is essential.

This includes fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the finance department.

Experience in managing Big 4 auditors, implementing ERP systems, and leading special projects and initiatives is preferred.

A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity, is required.

Candidates must have strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and proven ability to lead and develop a team.
