Director of Wealth Job Description

Borderless is seeking an experienced Director of Wealth to lead the development and expansion of its wealth management division. This role requires a deep understanding of portfolio management, regulatory compliance, and investment advisory.

About the Role:
  • The Director of Wealth will drive the development and expansion of Borderless's wealth management strategy, ensuring high-quality investment solutions and client-centric financial planning.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance Borderless's market presence in global investing products.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and institutional clients, providing knowledge and logistics for global diversification of their wealth and investments.
  • Oversee client portfolios, present global asset classes that clients may find interesting, and help them make and manage investments in identified products.
  • Stay ahead of global market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging investment opportunities to discover and curate unique global products that suit Borderless's HNI clientele.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of wealth advisors, fostering a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase revenue.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
