Regional Head Job Description

Our Regional Head plays a pivotal role in driving our Wealth Management operations through collaborative leadership, innovative strategies, and an unwavering commitment to client satisfaction and compliance.

  • Create an environment of growth and foster enduring relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Develop the strategic plan for Wealth Management to meet business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, including manpower productivity, and suggest/implement improvements.
  • Direct product development efforts and oversee successful implementation of new products and services tailored for Wealth Management clients.
  • Develop a cost-effective distribution model to grow business rapidly.
  • Control costs of acquisition and manage team size effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
  • Portfolio Performance Analysis: Analyze portfolio performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Portfolio Modelling: Develop and maintain accurate financial models to inform business decisions.
  • Portfolio Management: Oversee the management of portfolios to achieve optimal returns.
  • Business Analytics: Utilize data analytics to inform business strategy and drive decision-making.
