Job Opportunity: Senior Manager/Chief Manager - Wealth Management

The Senior Manager/Chief Manager - Wealth Management will be responsible for developing and providing solutions to clients based on their requirements.

  • Develop and provide solutions tailored to client needs
  • Maintain timely and regular communication with leads, tagging them on relevant broadcasts and news articles
  • Expand the client base by establishing new relationships, leveraging existing investors, and growing Assets Under Management (AUM)
  • Initiate thorough portfolio reviews of existing investors in a timely manner
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to existing investors, keeping them informed about market trends
  • Share regular updates with investors regarding schemes, research papers, etc.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing and product teams to conduct regular marketing activities

  • Demonstrated socializing and relationship-building abilities.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • A confident individual with strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze client requirements based on financial goals and possess strong logical and numerical abilities.
  • Effective stress management and adherence to procedures, along with good emotional stability and conscientiousness when achieving targets.
  • Proactive identification of opportunities for greater profit.
  • Familiarity with and adherence to guidelines and compliance requirements, with close monitoring and responsiveness to documentation requests.
Desired Candidate Profile:
  • A minimum of 7-12 years of experience in Wealth Management, Financial Planning & Investment Advisory.
  • Possession of relevant certifications is highly advantageous.
  • Experience across various wealth instruments, including insurance, fixed deposits, mutual funds, PMS, AIF, etc.
  • A proven track record of AUM generation, with an AUM size of at least ₹30 crore.
