Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Wealth Manager to join our team.

This role involves building relationships with clients, explaining investment strategies in plain English and growing their wealth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales or advisory roles in financial services, excellent communication skills and deep knowledge of financial markets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Clients Management: Be the first point of contact for prospects, understand their profile, explain our advisory model and onboard them into personalized stock portfolios.
  2. Sales Pipeline Management: Follow up, close deals and hit acquisition targets.
  3. Quarterly Reviews: Run video reviews with each client, break down portfolio performance, compare it to benchmarks and answer queries.
  4. Client Communication: Keep the communication flowing via emails, calls, nudges and updates to ensure clients always feel informed and taken care of.
  5. Portfolio Growth: Spot opportunities to grow each portfolio by cross-selling PMS, upselling allocations and deepening wallet share.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years in sales or advisory roles in financial services.
  • Academic Background: Strong academic record.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills - clear, confident and convincing.
  • Financial Knowledge: Deep knowledge of financial markets, MFs, stocks and investment strategies.
  • Sales Ownership: High sales ownership and strong relationship-building instincts.
