Renewable Energy Finance Director

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies for renewable energy projects, focusing on capital structuring and fundraising through equity and debt instruments.
  • Maintain strategic relationships with banks, financial institutions, investors, and rating agencies to secure project financing and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Negotiate competitive loan terms, ensuring alignment with the company's growth strategy.
  • Oversee working capital management, treasury operations, and cash flow planning to optimize financial performance and drive business growth.
  • Support mergers & acquisitions, project finance, and refinancing activities aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to domestic and international financial regulations, maintaining a high level of corporate governance.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive financial models, projections, and investment reports to senior management and stakeholders, providing strategic financial insights to inform leadership decisions.
