Senior Technical Specialist Role

This role offers opportunities for Senior Engineers with 5+ years of experience to drive clean energy innovation and a people-first culture.

Serving the Cell Maintenance (Manufacturing) department at Fabcity, the successful candidate will:

  • Ensure high-quality production output and yield while adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Prior experience in solar cell manufacturing or the chemical industry is highly preferred.
  • Initiate and implement projects aimed at improving yield, reducing costs, and optimizing production processes.
  • Handle engineering changes, production trials, model changes, and pilot builds efficiently.
  • Possess strong mathematical, technical, and basic computer skills.
  • Develop and enforce quality control measures to ensure products meet desired standards and internal/external audit requirements.
  • Be adaptable and capable of handling multiple projects or tasks simultaneously.
  • Understand cell manufacturing procedures and contribute to developing SOPs, operating instructions, and documentation standards.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills and effectively guide or lead team members.
  • Maintain safe work practices, comply with chemical/gas safety procedures, clean room protocols, ISO standards, and environmental regulations.
