About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Operations Manager to join our team in HSR Layout. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in managing HubSpot CRM and implementing Sales Process Automation (SPA) in SaaS companies.

The primary responsibility of this role is to design, implement, and optimize sales workflows, pipelines, and dashboards in HubSpot CRM to maximize sales productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Workflow Optimization: Design and implement efficient sales workflows, pipelines, and dashboards to streamline sales processes.
  • CUSTOMIZE AND OPTIMIZE: Customize HubSpot CRM tools to align with business objectives, sales strategies, and team requirements.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot HubSpot issues and manage regular updates to ensure a seamless CRM experience.
  • AUTOMATION EXPERTISE: Build and maintain automated workflows to improve lead management, deal tracking, and pipeline health.
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience managing HubSpot CRM and implementing SPA in SaaS companies.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and scale sales workflows that directly impact revenue.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable results in sales process improvements, pipeline optimization, and CRM adoption.

We offer a competitive salary of ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum, growth opportunities, and flexible work arrangements.
