About the Role
We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a HubSpot CRM Optimization Specialist. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will be responsible for optimizing sales workflows in HubSpot CRM to drive sales efficiency and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize Sales Workflows: Analyze and optimize sales workflows in HubSpot CRM to improve sales productivity and revenue growth.
- Customize HubSpot CRM Tools: Customize HubSpot CRM tools to align with business objectives, sales strategies, and team requirements.
- Troubleshoot HubSpot Issues: Troubleshoot HubSpot issues and manage regular updates to ensure a seamless CRM experience.
- Sales Process Automation (SPA): Build and maintain automated workflows to improve lead management, deal tracking, and pipeline health.
Requirements
- 4+ Years of Experience: 4+ years of experience managing HubSpot CRM and implementing Sales Process Automation (SPA) in SaaS companies.
- Demonstrated Ability: Demonstrated ability to design and scale sales workflows that directly impact revenue.
- Proven Track Record: Proven track record of delivering measurable results in sales process improvements, pipeline optimization, and CRM adoption.
- Deep Technical Expertise: Deep technical expertise in HubSpot, including pipelines, workflows, sequences, custom properties, and reporting.
